Hi, my name is Nigel, and welcome to CoolShrimps.com It is a one-man show over here and all shrimp are homebred by myself out of my bedroom, living room, and anywhere else I can fit a fish tank. Why homebred instead of imported by the hundreds? Because I believe that the quality matters more when your product is personal. When purchasing homebred, the customer also gets a better product because the shrimp won't have been shoved in a bag with hundreds of others and shipped halfway across the planet over the span of 1-2 weeks. The shrimp you buy from me will also be acclimated to a more local water source, which in turn gives the shrimp a higher chance at survival. All photos are taken by myself with my phone and are of the actual shrimp your purchase will be scooped from. No Google images or fake pictures, what you see is what you get. Purchase with confidence, if it's not right, I will do what I can to make it right.  

My end goal is to grow the shrimp-keeping hobby by providing my customers with the highest quality shrimp that will make cool additions to their home aquarium.
